Job title:- Wellness Coach Counsellor

Eligibility Criteria:- Master’s in Psychology

Job Description:

1.⁠ ⁠The Counselor will be deployed at client office location (Onsite) and will provide 1×1 Counselling support to a group of employees who are experiencing difficulties,work with personnel to identify and nmanage presenting issues, support them and make the necessary wellness and lifestyle modifciations.
2.⁠ ⁠Day to day wellness support and monitirong of overall wellness for selected group of employees
3.⁠ ⁠He/she will help employees identify and manage presenting issues.
4.⁠ ⁠Providing expertise in behavioral change, habit formation and counseling
5.⁠ ⁠Conduct resiliency training during onboarding and refresher trainings if needed.
6.⁠ ⁠Facilitate monthly group discussions /seminars around mental health awareness topics

Immediate joiner will be preferred or maximum with one month notice period

All educational documents with last salary slip will be required for application.

Skills and Experience:-

1.⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling post MA.
2.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of counseling and psychotherapy theory and practice.
3.⁠ ⁠Good fluency In English and communication skills.
4.⁠ ⁠Prepared to work in rotational shifts if needed [door to door transportation will be given)
5.⁠ ⁠Certification of CCI or BPCA
